Fashion week is over, but I had to feature Hilary Duff’s outfit that she rocked last week at the Victoria’s Secret Fashion Week Suite in NY. Love the leopard cardi, liquid leggings and red lipstick!

Fashionista Emma Watson is partnering with People Tree to design a collection of women’s and men’s apparel and accessories. All proceeds will be donated to the People Tree Foundation, benefitting fair-trade farmers and artisans in developing countries. The collection will be available February 2010 on peopletree.com.

Lauren Conrad is back with her new lower-priced clothing line LC Lauren Conrad for Kohl’s. Shop Lauren’s line at Kohl’s and online.
Lauren is best known for her role on MTV’s Laguna Beach and her spin-off series, The Hills. In addition to LC Lauren Conrad, Lauren debuted her first clothing line Lauren Conrad Collection at the Mercedes Benz LA Fashion Week at Smashbox Studios in March 2008. Currently the Lauren Conrad Collection is on hiatus. In June, Lauren added author to her list of credentials with her first novel LA Candy.
Whitney Port’s clothing line Whitney Eve made its fall debut at Bryant Park during this year’s Fashion Week.

With over a dozen films to date, three studio albums, and an endless list of television roles and guest appearances it was only a matter of time until Hilary created a line that is fashion forward and exudes her sense of style.
In the September issue of In Style (15th anniversary edition), Hilary talks about her new line and what she wanted to accomplish while designing it.
